WEBSITE DESIGN
DISCOVERY & RESEARCH
During the Discovery Workshop stage, we gather the requirements that the project must meet.
The data collected at this workshop typically consists of: user and business needs, possible integration of social media, login/application portals, third-party systems (contact forms, blogs, event section, etc.), and data protection need.

DEFINITION
With the user experience (UX) in mind, we will outline the core structure as a site sitemap of the website’s core pages and subpages in line with best practices for your target audience and objectives.
The sitemap will then be expanded in the form of wireframes. This acts as a visual guide to represent the skeletal framework of the website. We ensure a dynamic, responsive and easy-to-use site regardless of the device it is accessed on.

DESIGN
Once wireframes have been approved, initial visual concepts will be produced in the form of one key page (e.g. home page). Creating will combine the wireframe structure with elements from the previously approved brand guide (colors, typography, images, and icons).
Once a direction is approved, we will produce all key pages for both desktop and mobile devices. Feedback will then go through a second round of revisions. Finally, we will look to animate the user experience with micro-interactions, content animations and page transitions.

DEVELOPMENT
Once the design is approved, it’s time to move to the development phase. This is where your site comes to life. We will build out all of the pages, necessary user requirements (forms, CMS, etc.) and integrate micro-interactions, content animations and page transitions.
The platform that your site is built on is dependent on the unique functionality requirements, client preference, and management needs.

MANAGING & HANDOVER
The final stage is to launch the new website! This can be done on our dedicated and secure server and connecting the existing URL or if web management is done in-house or with another agency, we will migrate the new site to an existing server and provide all source files, wireframes, design elements, and content.
